Job summary

Tata Consultancy Services in India is seeking an experienced SAP PLM specialist to lead full project implementations, integrate CAD data with ECTR, and migrate data from other PLM systems to SAP.

The role requires strong knowledge of DMS, Change Management, BOM/ECM classification, and cross-functional SAP/non-SAP integration, with solid communication and documentation skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 SAP PLM project implementations.
• Experience with DMS, Engineering Change Management, and CAD integration using ECTR.
• CAD data migration from other PLM systems to SAP.
• Knowledge of PP-PI, MM, QM is helpful.
• Experience with BOM, ECM and Classification.
• Experience configuring basic SAP PLM modules.
• MS Office proficiency and ability to prepare functional design documents.
• Cross-functional SAP and non-SAP integration.
• Exposure to AMS processes: incident, problem, change management.
• Strong written and verbal communication and presentation skills.

About The Role

• Full project implementation experience of at least 5 SAP PLM projects.
• Experience in the areas of Document Management Systems (DMS), Engineering Change Management, Classification, and ECTR for CAD Integration with any one of the CAD systems.
• Migration of CAD & Change Management data from other PLM systems to SAP System.
• Expertise in PP-PI, MM, and QM also helpful.
• BOM, ECM, and Classification.
• Experience in configuring basic SAP PLM modules.
• MS Office expertise; capable of preparing technical documentation such as functional design documents.
• Cross-functional knowledge of integration between SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Exposure to Application Management Support processes such as Incident Management, Problem Management, and Change Management.
• Good written & verbal communication and presentation skills.
