Job summary

UBS is seeking a capable finance professional to lead and support the Group Finance ampliFi initiative in Pune. The role focuses on designing SAP-based solutions and driving AI-enabled process simplification to improve efficiency.

Collaborating with global stakeholders, you will help optimize regulatory metrics and ensure robust data governance across front-to-back infrastructure, delivering accurate analyses and timely outputs.

Qualifications

• University degree in accounting, finance, business, or equivalent professional qualification.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in financial controlling, treasury, or risk management.
• Interest in financial markets and regulatory compliance.
• Familiarity with calculator design, AI-driven process simplification, and change delivery will be a strong advantage.

• Lead and support delivery of the Group Finance ampliFi initiative, specifically within the Calculate stream.
• Design and implement SAP solutions and associated processes aligned to ampliFi objectives.
• Drive implementation of AI solutions for process simplification and efficiency gains.
• Collaborate with global stakeholders across Group Finance, Risk Control, and Technology to ensure seamless execution.
• Contribute to optimization of key regulatory metrics such as RWA, LRD, LCR, and NSFR through process enhancements and data quality improvements.
• Design and implement robust controls and governance frameworks to address data challenges in front-to-back infrastructure.
• Enhance analytical review and forecasting processes for regulatory compliance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
• Deliver high-quality outputs within tight timelines while introducing innovative solutions.
• Think creatively to implement tactical and strategic solutions that add value and efficiency.
