Job summary

UBS is seeking a finance professional for its Pune-based Finance Data Services team to support intercompany reconciliation for Global Close. The role involves investigating and resolving intercompany breaks, performing ad-hoc analyses, and reporting financial information to stakeholders.

Finance graduates with 0-2 years of experience, exposure to regulatory reporting, and strong English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• Finance related education with work experience of 0-2 years.
• Banking experience with exposure to Regulatory reporting or product controllership would be an added advantage.
• Actively participate in projects and re-engineering initiatives to improve processes with other counterparties across divisions and regions.
• Updation of policies and procedures and ensure these are implemented; help the team implement a best practice control environment surrounding the Intercompany process.
• Excellent communication skills, fluent in English (written/verbal).

The team

You’ll be working in the Finance Data Services team in Pune. We provide intercompany reconciliation for Global close. This benefits our customer or stakeholders. As an intercompany financial analyst, you’ll play an important role in investigation, communication and resolution of the intercompany breaks for Global Close or Regulatory/Liquidity Reporting.

Your Skills And Experience

• Finance related education, with work experience of 0-2 years
