Job summary

Deloitte US-India Offices in Hyderabad seeks an experienced SAP SD/OTC consultant to lead end-to-end S/4HANA OTC design, configuration, implementation and optimization. You will configure Sales Orders, Deliveries, Pricing, Billing, Credit Management, Service Contracts, Warranty and related processes.

Preferred candidates have 8+ years of SAP SD/OTC, exposure to MM/PP modules, and at least two full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations with strong integration skills (Salesforce, CPQ, PLM, MES, CPI

Job description

Role & responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end design, configuration, implementation and optimization of SAP S/4HANA Order-to-Cash, Sales and Service processes. Configure Sales Orders, Deliveries, Pricing, Credit Management, Billing, Service Contracts, Warranty and Field Service processes. Conduct requirement-gathering workshops, prepare functional design and RICEFW specifications, and collaborate with ABAP and integration teams. Drive integrations with CRM and enterprise platforms, along with integration testing, UAT, data migration, cutover and post-go-live hypercare. Support SAP Fiori adoption, process automation and S/4HANA transformation initiatives.

Preferred candidate profile

Candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on SAP SD/OTC functional experience with exposure to related modules such as MM and PP, along with at least 2 full-lifecycle S/4HANA implementations. Strong expertise in Sales Order Processing, Pricing, Taxation, Billing/Invoicing, Credit Management, Service Contracts, Warranty Management and repair/service processes is preferred. Experience integrating SAP with Salesforce, CPQ, PLM, MES, CPI Cloud Foundry or Workato is valuable. Functional specification writing, ABAP debugging exposure, SAP Fiori, stakeholder management and experience leading onsite/offshore teams are preferred.
