Job summary

247hire is seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant to lead OTC processes in an automotive environment. You will work on ECC systems, support EDI and IDOC integrations, and collaborate with MM and FICO teams to optimize the order-to-cash cycle.

The role requires hands-on knowledge of Scheduling Agreements, ATP enhancements, and readiness to participate in SAP HANA migration projects. You will ensure accurate data, provide production support, and drive process improvements with business users.

Qualifications

• SAP SD experience with OTC in automotive environment.

• Exposure to SAP HANA migration projects.
• Experience on ECC systems and transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP SD processes across OTC cycle including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and invoicing
• Configure and support Scheduling Agreements and Automotive-specific processes
• Work on EDI integrations with customers and suppliers
• Handle IDOCs configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for inbound and outbound processes
• Support and optimize ATP functionality
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure integration with MM and FICO
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and SD-related enhancements
• Provide production support and ensure SLA adherence
• Work closely with business users to improve system usage and process efficiency
• Assist in data validation, testing, and documentation for system changes

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP SD Consultant with a strong knowledge of the Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle in an automotive environment. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EDI, IDOCs, Scheduling Agreements, ATP, and integration with MM and FICO modules. Exposure to SAP HANA migration projects will be an added advantage. The role involves working on ECC systems while supporting ongoing transformation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP SD processes across Order-to-Cash (OTC) cycle including order management, pricing, delivery, billing, and invoicing


• Configure and support Scheduling Agreements and Automotive-specific processes (JIT/JIS exposure is a plus)


• Work on EDI integrations with customers and suppliers (ANSI X12, EDIFACT messages)


• Handle IDOCs configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for inbound and outbound processes


• Support and optimize ATP (Available-to-Promise) functionality and related enhancements


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM (Materials Management) and FICO (Finance & Controlling)


• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for SD-related enhancements


• Provide production support, resolve incidents, and ensure SLA adherence


• Work closely with business users to improve system usage and process efficiency


• Assist in data validation, testing, and documentation for system changes
