Job summary

P2pro Technology Solutions in Hyderabad, India seeks an SAP OTC Production Support Specialist to provide functional production support for SAP OTC processes and triage incidents across S/4HANA OTC environments.

You will troubleshoot functional issues, perform root cause analysis, and drive continuous improvement, with opportunities to automate and optimise processes while ensuring SLA adherence.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional production support for SAP OTC processes.
• Handle incidents and perform ticket triage.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and perform Root Cause Analysis.
• Support business process optimisation and continuous improvement.
• Ensure SLA compliance and timely resolution of incidents.
• Work with business stakeholders to understand functional requirements.
• Support seamless business operations across SAP S/4HANA OTC environments.
• Work on: Sales Order Management, EDI Integrations, Pricing, Billing, Order Fulfillment.
• Drive proactive monitoring and problem management.
• Support release readiness and production changes.
• Identify opportunities for automation and performance optimisation.
• Contribute to service reliability and operational excellence.
