Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day support for the SAP OTC module, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
• Collaborate with business/IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement SAP OTC solutions with offshore teams.
• Analyze business and technical requirements; develop solutions to address the requirements.
• Design and configure SAP OTC modules with subject matter expertise.
• Independently capture and conduct workshops, gather client requirements, perform fit/gap analysis, and design analytics templates.
• Demonstrate strong business acumen in SAP OTC.

• Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement SAP OTC solutions in collaboration with the offshore team
• Demonstrated capability to analyze business and technical requirements; and develop solutions to address the requirements.
• Subject matter expertise in designing and configuring SAP OTC modules.
• Should be able to independently capture and conduct workshops, gather client requirements, carry out solution fit/gap analysis, design reporting and analytics template. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and possess strong business acumen.
