Job summary

Orcapod Consulting Services in India seeks a seasoned SAP SD consultant to manage SAP SD processes across the Order-to-Cash cycle, including order management, pricing, delivery, billing and invoicing. You will configure Scheduling Agreements and Automotive-specific processes, and collaborate with business users to enhance system usage and efficiency.

The role involves working with EDI (ANSI X12, EDIFACT), IDOCs, and integrating with MM and FICO modules, providing production support,

Responsibilities

• Manage and support SAP SD processes across the OTC cycle including order management, pricing, delivery, billing and invoicing
• Configure and support Scheduling Agreements and Automotive-specific processes (JIT/JIS exposure is a plus)
• Work on EDI integrations with customers and suppliers (ANSI X12, EDIFACT messages)
• Handle IDOCs configuration, monitoring, and troubleshooting for inbound and outbound processes
• Support and optimize ATP (Available-to-Promise) functionality and related enhancements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with MM and FICO
• Participate in requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for SD-related enhancements
• Provide production support, resolve incidents, and ensure SLA adherence
• Work closely with business users to improve system usage and process efficiency
• Assist in data validation, testing, and documentation for system changes
