• Provide day-to-day support for SAP OTC module and resolve user inquiries.

Must Have and Good to Have Skills:

• Specializing in SAP Order to Cash Functional Consulting including Pricing, Output types and Forms, Availability check, third party process and product allocation, IDOCs, intercompany process, credit management and Stock transfer order and not limited to Billbacks and rebate agreements, Contracts and Promotions, Sales volume and performance Rebates, Purchasing volume and performance Rebates, claims and settlements claims and settlements
• Provide day-to-day support for the SAP OTC module, addressing user inquiries and resolving issues.
• Excellent problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices. Role involves working closely with business and IT stakeholders to analyze, design, and implement SAP OTC solutions in collaboration with the offshore team
