Job Title: SAP OTC Consultant (Order to Cash)

Experience: 3 to 6 Years

Job Type: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:

• Work on the SAP Order to Cash (OTC) cycle including Sales Order Management, Pricing, Delivery, Billing, Credit Management, and Customer Master Data.
• Gather business requirements, prepare functional specifications, and configure SAP OTC modules (primarily SAP SD, sometimes integrated with FI/CO and MM).
• Design and implement business processes across the OTC domain using SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Provide production support, troubleshoot issues, and ensure service continuity.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure process consistency across modules.
• Support data migration, cutover planning, and go-live activities.
• Document functional specifications, test scenarios, and process flows.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 3–6 years of experience in SAP OTC/SD implementation and support.
• Hands-on configuration experience in:
• Billing & Invoicing
• Credit & Debit Memos
• Output Management
• Integration with FI (Accounts Receivable) and MM modules
• Experience with S/4HANA or ECC 6.0.
• Strong knowledge of Order Management, Shipping, and Billing cycles.
• Experience working in AMS (Application Maintenance & Support) and implementation projects.
• Ability to analyze and troubleshoot issues independently.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with IDOCs, EDI, LSMW, or BAPIs.
• Knowledge of Variant Configuration, ATP (Available to Promise), and Revenue Recognition.
• Exposure to Agile or DevOps delivery models.
• Certification in SAP SD or SAP S/4HANA Sales.
