Job summary

PAREKH is seeking a detail-oriented SAP data entry professional to support end-to-end transaction processing in SAP from Pune, Maharashtra. The role encompasses order processing, inventory monitoring, and data maintenance to ensure accuracy and efficiency across departments.

The candidate will work closely with stores, warehouse, and finance teams to ensure timely and correct SAP entries, reporting, and compliance with company procedures.

Responsibilities

• Enter, update, and maintain business transactions in SAP.
• Create and process orders in SAP.
• Record and monitor stock movements in SAP.
• Create and verify material/master data.
• Process GRN, goods receipt, goods issue, and related SAP transactions.
• Maintain SAP records, transaction documents, reports, and paperwork.
• Verify entered information against physical documents and resolve discrepancies.
• Generate routine SAP reports on inventory, orders, production, purchasing, or dispatch.
• Coordinate with stores, warehouse, purchase, production, sales, finance, and logistics for timely processing.

Role & responsibilities

• 1. SAP Data Entry & Transaction Processing Enter, update, and maintain business transactions accurately in the SAP system.
• 2. SAP Order Processing Create and process sales, purchase, production, or service orders as required.
• 3. Inventory Management Record and monitor stock movements, goods receipts, goods issues, and inventory adjustments in SAP.
• 4. Material Master Data Create, update, and verify material/master data while maintaining data accuracy.
• 5. Goods Receipt & Goods Issue Process GRN, goods receipt, goods issue, and related SAP transactions according to company procedures. 6. SAP Documentation Maintain SAP-related records, transaction documents, reports, and supporting paperwork.
• 7. Data Accuracy & Verification Check entered information against physical documents and identify discrepancies before completing transactions.
• 8. SAP Reports Generate routine SAP reports related to inventory, orders, production, purchasing, or dispatch.
• 9. Coordination With Departments Coordinate with stores, warehouse, purchase, production, sales, finance, and logistics teams for timely transaction processing.
