Cerebra is seeking an experienced SAP Oil & Gas Downstream SME to provide functional expertise, production support, and process improvements. The role focuses on resolving complex application issues, performing root cause analysis, and ensuring application stability to support business continuity.

The candidate will work with business and technical teams to maintain service quality, mentor junior staff, and drive ongoing improvements across SAP Oil & Gas Downstream components and processes.

Formación

• 7.5+ years of SAP Oil & Gas Downstream experience.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD or SAP MM.
• Experience with SAP Oil & Gas Downstream components: TSW, SPW, TD, TM, HPM, Formula and Average Pricing, Oil Exchanges, TDP, LCFS, RINs.

Responsabilidades

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP Oil & Gas Downstream SME to provide functional expertise, production support, and business process improvements. The candidate will be responsible for resolving complex application issues, performing root cause analysis, collaborating with business and technical teams, and ensuring application stability and business continuity.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as an SAP Oil & Gas Downstream Subject Matter Expert (SME) and provide functional guidance to the support team.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production incidents and recurring application issues.
• Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Support SAP Oil & Gas Downstream business processes and applications.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and infrastructure teams.
• Coordinate issue resolution across multiple teams and manage critical incidents.
• Drive continuous improvements in application stability and support efficiency.
• Mentor junior team members and maintain technical and functional documentation.

Required Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP Oil & Gas Downstream.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD or SAP MM.
• Experience with SAP Oil & Gas Downstream components, including:
  
  • TSW Trading and Scheduling Workbench
  • SPW - Stock Projection Workbench
  • TD - Bulk Transportation and Distribution
  • TM - Transportation Management with TSW integration
  • HPM - Hydrocarbon Product Management
  • Formula and Average Pricing
  • Oil Exchanges
  • TDP - Tariffs, Duties and Permits
  • LCFS - Low Carbon Fuel Standard
  • RINs - Renewable Identification Numbers
• Strong experience in SAP production support and application troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.
