Job summary

Hiring Squad is seeking a Senior SAP Oil & Gas Downstream Functional/Techno-functional Consultant based in Hyderabad. You will drive design, configuration, and delivery for complex downstream processes, including SDM, RFNO and TSW modules.

Lead workshops, map requirements, and oversee integration with FI-CO. Develop sales, inventory, and financial performance analytics for global Oil & Gas deployments on SAP S/4HANA. Strong client-facing leadership is essential.

Qualifications

• 4–8 years of SAP Oil & Gas implementation experience.
• Strong knowledge of SAP SDM, RFNO, and TSW.
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA deployments in global Oil & Gas.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver SAP Downstream projects.
• Lead requirements gathering and solution design for fuel and lubricant distribution operations.
• Configure and support dealer, distributor, and customer sales processes.
• Design automated order-to-cash processes including: Order Management, Delivery Processing, Billing & Invoicing, Settlement & Reconciliation.
• Support distributor inventory management and stock reconciliation.
• Enable exception-based workflow processing and approval mechanisms.
• Integrate SDM transactions with SAP FI-CO.
• Develop reporting and analytics for sales, inventory, and financial performance.
• Configure RFNO site master data and inventory management; integrate with POS & third-party systems.
• Configure TD transportation and scheduling; manage nominations and stock transfers.

Senior SAP Oil & Gas Downstream Functional/ Techno functional Consultant with extensive experience in SAP SDM, RFNO, and TSW solutions.

Proven expertise in fuel retail operations, secondary distribution, transportation scheduling, inventory reconciliation, dealer management, and financial integration. Strong background in SAP S/4HANA implementations, solution architecture, business process optimization, testing, deployment, and production support for global Oil & Gas organizations

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare Functional Specifications (FS).

• Execute SIT, UAT, and regression testing.

• Provide hyper care and production support.


• Guide junior consultants and offshore teams.
