Job summary

LTIMindtree is seeking an SAP MM/WM Consultant for urgent requirements across Hyderabad, Chennai and Bengaluru. Experience: 5+ years in SAP MM/WM; hands-on configuration, master data, goods receipt, inventory management and RF/warehouse processes. Strong communication and end-user support skills are essential.

This is a full-time role with cross-client exposure and implementation experience; location across LTIMindtree sites, and willingness to travel as needed.

Hands-on SAP WM processes with focus on configuration based on changes in Warehouse layout and procedures, various Picking and Put away strategies, Handlings Unit /Storage Units, use and integration with RF devices, various Control Parameters, Number ranges, Defining Storage Types, sections, bins etc., Sort and Search Sequence, assigning to Movement types, printing barcodes, Shipping process (using Transportation), Kanban process, JIT process, etc. Extensively worked on diverse environments having multiple interfaces with SAP through PI, etc. is must. Act as liaison with client for troubleshooting: investigate, analyse, and resolve software problems. Help develop necessary modifications/enhancements to address clients' needs. Understand the different Severities and Priorities based on the Level of issue. Understand the different SLA's and coordinate with support team for expediting the resolution of tickets. Able to understand the issues/tickets, get Root cause for the problem and categorize them into respective functions. Act as a liaison and Coordinate with Business users and L2 Support team. Ability to escalate the issues to the next level and keep the users updated about the progress of the issue. Understand the different monitoring requirements.
