Job summary

Ford is seeking an SAP MM Consultant to perform requirements gathering, business analysis, fit-gap analysis, system testing, documentation and end-user training. You will collaborate with global teams to identify ERP scope and contribute to gap analysis and the to-be design, while ensuring effective integration with legacy systems.

The role requires hands-on experience in SAP MM, S/4HANA and Fiori implementations, with strong communication skills and the ability to lead cross-functional teams

Qualifications

• 2 to 5 years of IT experience.
• 2 to 3 years of functional experience with SAP MM modules (Requisitioning to ordering, POs, scheduling agreements).
• Experience in at least 1 full life cycle of S/4 HANA and Fiori implementations.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze Ford's business processes.
• Collaborate with Ford Business, IT and Implementation partners to identify ERP scope.

• Create use cases, user stories and other requirements/specifications artifacts.
• Provide functional specifications and work with Software Engineers (ABAP, GCP/PCF, Fiori).
• Conduct testing on SAP platform – functional, security, integration, user acceptance.
• Provide SME expertise in source-to-pay processes for global design in automotive industry and create a roadmap.
• Support NA time zones, cut over, data profiling, extraction, cleansing activities.

Requirements

• Primary Skills Required: SAP S/4 HANA - MM Functional Consultant
• 2 to 5 years of IT experience
• 2 to 3 years of functional experience with following SAP modules ? Material Management covering processes from Requisitioning to ordering (with purchase orders or scheduling agreements), Directed Tier 2, Sub-contracting, Intercompany
• Experienced in at least 1 full life cycle of S4 HANA and Fiori implementation
• Ability to lead collaborative global teams during steady state, post go live and developing strategic solutions
• Highly motivated team member with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Experience in hands-on and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry
