Job summary

Judge India Solutions in Chennai is seeking a SAP functional consultant with 2–3 years of experience in SAP MM and strong exposure to S/4HANA and Fiori implementation. The role involves leading collaborative global teams during steady state, post go-live, and developing strategic solutions.

You will perform requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, system testing, documentation, and end-user training. Prior automotive manufacturing exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Perform requirements gathering, Business Analysis, Fit Gap Analysis, System Testing, Documentation (FDD and TDD) and End User Training.
• Review and Analyze Ford's Business processes.
• Collaborate with Ford Business, IT and Implementation partners to identify ERP scope.
• Assist with gap analysis of the as is design and development of the to be functional design.
• Analyze integration requirements and work with legacy non-SAP systems.

Responsibilities

• Create Use cases, user stories and other requirements/specifications artifacts.
• Provide functional specifications and work with Software Engineers (ABAP, GCP/PCF, Fiori).
• Conduct SAP platform Testing – Functional, Security, Integration, UAT.

Job description

• 2 to 3 years of functional experience with following SAP modules – Material Management covering processes from Requisitioning to ordering (with purchase orders or scheduling agreements), Directed Tier 2, Sub-contracting, Intercompany
• Experienced in at least 1 full life cycle of S4 HANA and Fiori implementation

Experience Required:

• Experienced in at least 1 full life cycle of S4 HANA and Fiori implementation
• Ability to lead collaborative global teams during steady state, post go live and developing strategic solutions
• Highly motivated team member with good interpersonal and strong communication skills
• Experience in hands-on and root-cause analysis skills
• Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry

Experience Preferred:

• Highly motivated self-starter and collaborative team player with exceptional organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
• Hands-on experience with SAP Ariba Sourcing and Supply Chain Collaboration (SCC), including seamless integration with SAP S/4HANA and core SAP Materials Management (MM) modules.
• Experience in Automotive / Manufacturing industry Relevant SAP Certification
• Knowledge of Ariba Sourcing and Supply Chain Collaboration and integrations with S/4 integration
