• Conduct workshops, Fit-Gap analyses, and solution design discussions.
• Drive configuration across Material Master, Vendor Business Partner, and related areas.
• Manage end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes including PR/PO/Goods Receipt/Invoice Verification.
• Support SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, go-live, and hypercare activities.
• Provide technical-functional guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced SAP MM Architect with strong functional expertise in SAP Materials Management and hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations. The ideal candidate should have experience in solution design, end‑to‑end implementation, configuration, integration, and stakeholder management.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP MM solution design and architecture for S/4HANA implementations and rollouts.
• Conduct business requirement workshops, Fit-Gap analysis, and solution design discussions.
• Drive configuration across:
  • Material Master and Vendor Business Partner
  • Purchasing Organizations and Purchasing Groups
  • Valuation and Account Determination
  • Release Strategies and Flexible Workflow
• Manage end‑to‑end Procure‑to‑Pay (P2P) processes, including PR, PO, Goods Receipt, Goods Issue, Physical Inventory, and Invoice Verification.
• Work on integration of SAP MM with FI, SD, and PP modules.
• Prepare and review functional specifications for RICEFW developments.
• Support SIT, UAT, data migration, cutover, go‑live, and hypercare activities.
• Handle production support, change requests, and process improvements.
• Provide technical‑functional guidance to project teams and stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience

• 10+ years of relevant SAP MM functional experience.
• Strong hands‑on experience in SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience in 1–3 end‑to‑end SAP implementation or rollout projects.
• Strong knowledge of procurement, inventory management, and P2P processes.
• Expertise in SAP MM configuration, including account determination and release strategies.
• Good understanding of Business Partner configuration and S/4HANA changes.
• Experience in Fit‑Gap analysis, solution design, and RICEFW functional specifications.
• Strong integration knowledge with SAP FI, SD, and PP.
• Experience in data migration, testing, cutover, and go‑live activities.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.

Preferred

• SAP S/4HANA Sourcing & Procurement certification.
• Previous experience in an SAP MM Solution Architect, Lead Consultant, or Principal Consultant role.
• Experience mentoring and guiding functional teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
