Job summary

Redserv Global Solutions seeks a seasoned Master Data professional with 5–10 years in Product and Supplier data management. The role centers on SAP ERP (SAP MM), governing material and vendor master data and ensuring data accuracy across Purchasing, MRP and Accounting views.

You will validate descriptions, model numbers, UOMs and material groups, and collaborate with Business, Procurement, Compliance, Finance and Supply Chain to meet SLA-driven data needs.

Qualifications

• 5 to 10 years of experience in Master Data Management.
• Hands-on SAP ERP experience, preferably SAP MM.
• Experience in creating, maintaining, and governing material master and vendor data.
• Knowledge of SAP material master views: Basic Data, Purchasing, MRP, Accounting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain data accuracy and govern master data per standards.

Job description

5 to 10 years of experience in Product Master Data and Supplier Master Data Management.

Hands‑on experience in SAP ERP, preferably SAP MM module, with basic understanding of FI concepts.

Experience in creating, maintaining, and governing material master and vendor master data.

Knowledge of maintaining SAP material master views such as Basic Data, Purchasing, MRP, Accounting, and related views.

Ability to validate product descriptions, model numbers, UOM and material groups

Good understanding of IT hardware products and ability to identify Desktop, Notebook, Server, and related products from product descriptions.

Knowledge of CPU, GPU, and processor specifications from product descriptions.

Ability to identify silicon processor vendors such as Intel, AMD, Microsoft, NVIDIA, and Qualcomm.

Experience in maintaining data accuracy and ensuring compliance with master data governance standards.

Ability to manage documentation, approval records, and audit requirements.

Experience in coordinating with Business, Procurement, Compliance, Finance, and Supply Chain teams.

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Good working knowledge of MS Excel and data validation techniques.

Experience in IT Distribution, Technology Products will be preferred.

Candidate should be capable of working in SLA-driven environments and handling high-volume master data requests.

Preferred Qualification:

SAP Master Data Management experience is mandatory.
