Job summary

Mindsprint Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP MM Consultant/SME with 15+ years of hands-on exposure to S/4 HANA implementation and migration projects. The role involves solution architecting, pre-sales, asset/IP creation, and proficiency in integrating SAP MM with FI, WM, CO, SD, and PM.

The candidate should lead solution workshops, have domain experience in procurement or supply chain, and be comfortable driving data migration, cutover, and post-go-live support in a global SAP MM context.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant/SME with exposure to S/4 HANA implementation and migration projects.
• Demonstrated ability to lead solution workshops and manage asset/IP creation.
• Strong integration experience with SAP FI, WM, CO, SD and PM modules.
• Procurement, supply chain or inventory management domain experience is a plus.
• Hands-on with data migration, cutover, and post go-live support.

Job description

• 15+ years of hands-on experience as an SAP MM Consultant/SME with exposure to S/4 HANA implementation and migration projects is a must.
• Candidates will be expected to handle solution architecting, pre-sales, capability development which will include managing asset creation, IP creation, managing training and proficiency of all folks in their span from same skill.
• Good experience in integration with modules like SAP FI, SAP WM, SAP CO, SAP SD and SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Candidate will be expected to lead solution workshops independently. Therefore, should be able to demonstrate proficiency in the same.
• Domain experience in Procurement, Supply chain or Inventory management is added advantage.
• Candidate should be able to ideate development of new IP using BTP, AI etc.
• Candidates having holistic experience in MM and understanding of various Procurement process, Split evaluation, Inventory management and integration of SAP Ariba or any third-party systems will be preferred.
• Candidate needs to be extremely hands on and should not shy away from getting their hands dirty.
• Comprehensive knowledge of accounting entries is mandatory.
• Lead and actively participate in minimum of 4 full life cycle implementations of SAP MM.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of SAP Processes.
• Demonstrate proficiency in configuring and optimizing SAP MM within the S/4 HANA environment.
• Experience in designing Business process master list for global business process will be added advantage
• Demonstrable record of Implementation, Post – implementation Support, Go - Live Support in MM.
• Experience in handling Analysis, Design, Configuration, Development, Testing, Planning & Executing, Data Conversion.
• Demonstrable record of handling complex business process during data migration and cutover phase of the project.
