The candidate will be responsible for technical support, incident resolution, customization, integrations, and continuous improvement across core master data domains.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day technical support for SAP MDG across core domains.
• Investigate and resolve MDG incidents and service requests.
• Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Configure and customize MDG processes based on business needs.
• Work with business stakeholders, data stewards, and technical teams.
• Support master data quality, accuracy, stability, and governance.
• Contribute to process improvements and solution enhancements.
• Collaborate with multiple teams and participate in technical decisions.
• Mentor junior team members and provide technical guidance.
