Job summary

GyanSys Inc. seeks an experienced SAP Logistics Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP transformations across SD, MM and TM in a 100% remote role.

You will own solution architecture, drive fit-gap analyses, guide S/4HANA migrations, and interact with CIO/IT leadership to align architecture with business strategy. The role requires 10+ years of SAP experience, multiple full-cycle implementations, and strong integration knowledge with FI/CO, WM/EWM, and external carrier systems.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP experience with architect-level command of SD, MM & TM
• 2–3 full-cycle SAP implementations spanning SD, MM & TM
• Hands-on expertise in order management, pricing, billing (SD); procurement, inventory (MM); freight order/booking (TM)

Responsibilities

• Own solution architecture for SD, MM & TM with seamless cross-module integration
• Lead requirement workshops and translate business needs into scalable SAP solutions
• Design solution blueprints, process flows & integration (SD/MM/TM + WM/EWM, FI/CO, PP)
• Provide technical leadership across design, build, and testing phases
• Drive fit-gap analysis: standard SAP vs. custom development
• Lead ECC to S/4HANA migration/upgrade initiatives for logistics modules
• Define integration strategy between SAP TM, SD/MM, and 3rd-party carrier/freight systems
• Support pre-sales, solutioning & effort estimation
• Mentor functional consultants and uphold design governance
• Engage senior client stakeholders (CIO/VP/Director level)

We're Hiring: SAP Logistics Solution Architect (SD/MM/TM)

Are you a seasoned SAP professional with architect-level expertise across Sales & Distribution, Materials Management, and Transportation Management? We're looking for a Solution Architect to lead end-to-end SAP logistics transformations for our clients — 100% remote.

About the Role

You'll own end-to-end solution architecture across SD, MM, and TM, designing integrated, scalable solutions that span order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and transportation/logistics execution. You'll lead requirement workshops, drive fit-gap analysis, guide S/4HANA migrations, and engage directly with client leadership (CIO/IT Head level) to align architecture with business strategy.

What You Bring

• 10+ years of SAP experience with architect-level command of SD, MM & TM


• 2–3 full-cycle, end-to-end SAP implementations spanning SD, MM & TM


• Hands-on expertise in order management, pricing, billing, credit management (SD); procurement, inventory, valuation (MM); freight order/booking, carrier selection, freight costing (TM)


• Strong understanding of SD-MM-TM integration and touchpoints with FI/CO, WM/EWM & PP


• S/4HANA logistics & migration project experience preferred


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — comfortable presenting to senior client leadership

Good to Have

• Global template rollouts / multi-country implementation exposure


• SAP BTP, IDocs, or API-based interface experience


• SAP certification in SD, MM, or TM


• Industry experience in manufacturing, FMCG, pharma, or logistics/3PL

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or related field (MBA preferred, not mandatory)
