Role requirements

• Experience of at least one end-to-end SAP implementation or large enhancement project.
• Hands-on SAP experience with ability to provide end-to-end design solutions and estimate delivery efforts for business processes as well as collaborating with and guiding external partner consultants to ensure seamless delivery.
• Solid understanding of SAP SD module including core processes of sales, delivery, shipment, billing, IRN/E-way bill, pricing, credit management, ATP check, batch management, serial number management, advanced returns management.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and design solutions in the SAP SD module.
• Experience of integrations with non-SAP systems for sales and logistics processes.
• Experience of integration areas with other SAP modules such as MM, FI, COPA and PP.
• Ability to write detailed functional specifications for RICEFW objects as per business requirements.
• Experience in SAP BTP and working with Dealer Portals is desirable.
• Experience to lead and manage large projects and enhancements.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

Extensive experience (6+ years) in SAP SD implementation, configuration, and management.

Strong understanding of SD processes and systems.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required, and cross-functional skills are a plus.

Experience in manufacturing industry processes is a plus.

Preferably worked on S4 HANA.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives.

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
