A technology consulting firm in India is seeking an experienced SAP LE Business Analyst. This role requires 6-10 years of experience in SAP LE modules such as Shipping, Warehouse Management, and Transportation. The successful candidate will lead the design and implementation of SAP solutions, manage integration with external systems, and conduct business process analysis. The position offers a hybrid work model with a requirement to report to the Bangalore office once a week for project activities.

Overview

SAP LE Business Analyst role based in Pan India. Hybrid/WFH; Monthly 1 week to report to the Bangalore client office. 6–10 years of experience. Immediate requirement.

Key Responsibilities

• SAP LE Functional Expertise: Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LE modules including Shipping, Warehouse Management (WM), and Transportation.
• Interface & Integration Management: Design and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems (e.g., 3PLs, carriers, WMS, TMS). Collaborate with middleware teams (PI/PO, CPI) to ensure robust and secure data exchange. Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues and ensure data consistency.
• Business Process Analysis: Analyze current logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities. Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Project Execution: Lead or support SAP LE-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, EWM, FI) for integrated solutions.
• Testing & Documentation: Prepare test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and support UAT. Document configurations, process flows, and training materials.
• Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure solution alignment. Provide training and post-implementation support.
