SAP LE Business Analyst - Logistics Execution

Key Responsibilities

• SAP LE Functional Expertise
  • Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP LE modules including: Shipping (delivery processing, shipment creation, route determination, and freight cost management), Warehouse Management (WM) (inventory control, putaway, picking, transfer orders, and bin management), and Transportation (planning, execution, and freight settlement).
• Interface & Integration Management
  • Design and manage interfaces between SAP and external systems (e.g., 3PLs, carriers, WMS, TMS).
  • Collaborate with middleware teams (e.g., PI/PO, CPI) to ensure robust and secure data exchange.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve interface-related issues and ensure data consistency.
• Business Process Analysis
  • Analyze current logistics processes and identify improvement opportunities.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications and SAP solutions.
• Project Execution
  • Lead or support SAP LE-related projects including rollouts, upgrades, and enhancements.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams (MM, SD, EWM, FI) for integrated solutions.
• Testing & Documentation
  • Prepare test scenarios, conduct unit and integration testing, and support UAT.
  • Document configurations, process flows, and training materials.
• Stakeholder Engagement
  • Work closely with business users, IT teams, and external partners to ensure solution alignment.
  • Provide training and post-implementation support.
