Job summary

UST is seeking a Senior SAP WM/LE Functional Analyst to design, configure, and deliver SAP Warehouse Management and Logistics Execution solutions for Life Science warehouses globally.

The role requires strong functional expertise, customer-centric mindset, and ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams to translate requirements into scalable SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Master’s degree or SAP/supply chain certification preferred.
• Minimum 7+ years of progressive experience in SAP warehouse management and logistics execution within an SAP environment.
• At least 2 end-to-end SAP WM/LE implementation projects.
• Strong experience with SAP RF solutions and RICEFW objects.
• Good working knowledge of ALE/IDocs.
• Experience working across global teams and collaborating effectively with stakeholders at different levels.
• Life science industry experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with minimal direction.

Responsibilities

• Capture, understand, and review current warehouse processes across sites.
• Design, build, configure, and support SAP WM/LE solutions aligned with business needs and overall supply chain strategy.
• Partner with warehouse managers and business stakeholders globally to gather requirements and define warehouse structures for SAP projects.
• Translate business requirements into functional designs and system solutions within the SAP ecosystem.
• Support implementation activities, testing, issue resolution, and execution of assigned project tasks.
• Collaborate closely with peers across IT and related SAP functional areas to ensure integrated and effective solutions.
• Manage multiple priorities effectively and adapt to changing business and project needs.
