Job summary

Tech Mahindra is seeking an experienced SAP WM Lead to manage production support and enhancements in a global SAP landscape. The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP WM and LE, with exposure to labeling solutions and Loftware.

This role requires working completely from office in Bangalore/Hyderabad. Responsibilities include leading WM support operations, providing L2/L3 production support, troubleshooting warehouse processes, and driving continuous improvements while ensuring SLA

Qualifications

• 12+ years of SAP experience with strong expertise in SAP WM (support projects).
• Hands-on experience in SAP Warehouse Management (WM) and Logistics Execution (LE).
• Strong experience in production support environment (L2/L3).
• Deep understanding of warehouse business processes.
• Experience with integration across MM, SD, and PP modules.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP WM support operations, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP WM & LE modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, inventory).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP).
• Handle service requests, enhancements, and continuous improvements.
• Participate in testing, deployments, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure SLA adherence and support governance.
• Mentor and guide junior team members.

Role Overview

We are looking for a highly experienced SAP WM Lead to manage production support and enhancement activities in a global SAP landscape. The candidate should have strong expertise in SAP WM (Warehouse Management) and Logistics Execution (LE), along with exposure to labeling solutions. Experience with Loftware is a strong advantage.

This role requires working completely from office (no remote/hybrid option).

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP WM support operations, including incident, problem, and change management.
• Provide L2/L3 production support for SAP WM & LE modules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to warehouse processes (inbound, outbound, putaway, picking, packing, inventory).
• Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent fixes.
• Work closely with business users and cross-functional teams (MM, SD, PP).
• Handle service requests, enhancements, and continuous improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Strong experience in production support environment (L2/L3).
• Deep understanding of warehouse business processes.
• Experience with integration across MM, SD, and PP modules.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
• WM organization structure, Storage types set up,Put away and Picking strategies, Handling Unit Management, Storage Unit Management, Physical inventory process for HUs,
• HU transfer postings, packing and re-packing, RF transactions and Que Management, WM integration with MM/SD Intra/Intercompany STO process, WM integration with PP/QM,
• WM integration with LE -route determination, Picking and packing through IDOC/Interface with 3PL systems. Background job scheduling and monitoring, WM reports.

Preferred Skills (Good to Have)

• Experience with SAP-integrated labeling solutions.
• Exposure to Loftware labeling system (highly preferred).
• Knowledge of RF / barcode device integration.
• Exposure to S/4HANA or Embedded EWM.

Eligibility Criteria

• Must be willing to work 5 days from office (Bangalore / Hyderabad).
