Job summary

Forward Eye Technologies in India is seeking an experienced SAP ISU Utilities technical consultant to lead ABAP developments and integration efforts across device management, billing, and AMI modules.

The role emphasizes hands-on design, development, production support, and migration within SAP IS-U and related systems, with focus on meter data integration and CRM/MDUS interfaces.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in ABAP technical with SAP IS-U utilities knowledge.
• Strong experience in SAP Device Management, Billing and IS-U utilities.
• Expertise in AMI, Itron meters, and CRM integrations.
• Experience across migrations, production support and campaign tools.
• Knowledge of MDUS integration and utility business processes.

Responsibilities

• Design, analysis, development and migration for IS-U utilities.
• Support and optimize device management, billing and AMI scenarios.
• Integrate SAP IS-U with MDUS and ITRON meters.
• Handle incidents, enhancements and customer care related tasks.
• Work on screen enhancements and template-based test data in IS-U.

• - A SAP Utilities Technical Consultant with more than 10+years experience of ABAP Technical , Process knowledge of Device management ,Billing and ISU utilities specific knowledge.
• - Extensive skill set in SAP Device management ,Billing and SAP IS-Utilities, Smart meter technology , Integration between SAP Device management and MDUS with ITRON meters, Design, Analysis, Development, Production Support and Migration including an understanding of Utilities Business Process Flow.
• - Having Skills in middleware settings for CRM and ISU applications
• - Advanced skills in integration with ITRON smart Meter and new version of CRM 7.0 Web User Interface
• - Specialized to Work on AMI functionalities in SAP ISU to trigger SMART Metering scenarios with ITRON Meter
• - Specialized to Work on BDT, EEWB, CAWM, AET Tools for screen enhancement.
• - Specialized to Work on Re- connection/Disconnection/Immediate Read/On-demand read developments and Work under service order management area to enhance smart scenarios with inbound and outbound proxies
• - Experience on Master Data Templates and Parked document.
• - Specialized on Campaign Management, assigning customers to target group creation and execution of the campaign
• - Specialized on Print Work Bench tools to create forms and letters.
• - Specialized on creating a template for creating test data in IS-U system.
• - work on latest version in Device management ,Billing & ISU EHP4 system.
• - Identify, raise, and resolve issues and work on issue resolution for specific work deliverables
• - Working on Incidents, minor and major enhancements for Customer care specific
• - Experience of working in multiple domains ( Energy and utility , Mining, Telecom and Banking Domain)
