Job summary

Wellversed is seeking a Stock & Inventory Professional with 1–3 years of experience and hands-on SAP, Excel, and Google Sheets expertise. You will manage purchase, sales, and stock data, ensure accurate invoicing, and support financial reconciliation across systems.

Key tasks include daily SAP inventory transactions, maintaining SKU/batch/location inventory, and coordinating with warehouse and QA for validation. This role requires meticulous data handling and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of stock and inventory experience with SAP.
• Proficient in Excel and Google Sheets for data tracking and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Commerce is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily SAP inventory transactions (GRN, GI, stock transfers).
• Maintain SKU-, batch-, and location-wise inventory for RM, PM, and FG in SAP.
• Track inward, consumption, production output, and dispatch activities.
• Post FG receipts based on production output and BOM; coordinate with Production and QA for validation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate dispatch postings and document verification.
• Conduct physical stock verification, reconcile variances, and support adjustment entries.
• Manage inter-plant/inter-warehouse transfers and track in-transit inventory.

In this role, you will play a key part in managing purchase, sales, and stock data, ensuring accurate invoicing, and supporting financial reconciliation across systems.

• Maintain SKU-, batch-, and location-wise inventory for RM, PM, and FG in SAP.
• Track inward, consumption, production output, and dispatch activities.
• Post FG receipts based on production output and BOM; coordinate with Production and QA for validation.
• Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams for accurate dispatch postings and document verification.
