Job summary

VE3 in Pune, Maharashtra, India is seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to drive the integration strategy for a large SAP SuccessFactors programme. You will define architecture standards, API framework, and governance across SAP and third-party systems.

The role requires strong hands-on expertise in SAP Integration Suite, CPI, S/4HANA, IAS/IPS, and extensive experience leading integration design workshops, interface specifications, and security architecture.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of SAP integration experience.
• Lead integration design workshops and governance.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors integrations.
• Proficient in SAP Integration Suite / CPI.
• Strong API, OData, SOAP, and IDoc knowledge.
• Experience integrating SAP with non-SAP apps and cloud platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration design workshops.
• Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Integration Suite (CPI), SAP API Management, OData/SOAP APIs, IDocs and middleware.
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur and third-party apps.
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Review technical specifications and integration designs.
• Support integration testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Manage integration risks, dependencies, issues and Change requests; support production releases.
• Mentor technical consultants and developers.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced SAP Integration Lead to join a large SAP SuccessFactors implementation programme. The successful candidate will define the integration strategy, architecture standards, API framework, and technical governance across SAP and third-party applications.

Requirements

Key Responsibilities

• Lead technical integration design workshops.
• Define overall integration strategy, architecture and governance framework and prepare implementation roadmap.
• Lead integration design workshops and prepare interface specifications, mapping documents, technical design and integration architecture.
• Design and implement integrations using SAP Cloud Integration (SAP Integration Suite/ CPI) Integration Centre, OData APIs, SOAP APIs, SuccessFactors Employee APIs, SFTP, middleware platforms and event-based integration patterns.
• Design integrations between SAP SuccessFactors, SAP S/4HANA, Payroll, Azure AD, Concur, and third-party applications.
• Define API standards, integration patterns, and security architecture.
• Review technical specifications and integration designs.
• Support Integration Testing, SIT, UAT, Cutover, and Hypercare.
• Manage integration related risks, dependencies, issues and Change requests and support production releases and continuous service improvement.
• Ensure scalability, security, monitoring, and performance of integrations.

• Experience integrating Employee Central, Recruitment, Onboarding, Payroll, SAP Concur, and Microsoft technologies.
