Job summary

UST seeks an experienced SAP IBP Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP IBP implementations in Bengaluru. You will lead design, configuration, and optimization for Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP, coordinating with SAP ecosystems and business stakeholders to align demand and supply plans.

The role requires hands-on SAP IBP configuration, strong planning analytics, and ability to mentor junior consultants while delivering transformation initiatives across global supply chains.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP IBP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning & S&OP)
• Hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration, Planning Areas, Key Figures & Planning Levels
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP ecosystems
• Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and planning analytics
• Excellent Stakeholder Management, Business Process Consulting, and Solution Design skills

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end implementation and optimization of SAP IBP solutions, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP.
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable SAP IBP solutions.
• Design and configure planning areas, key figures, planning levels, attributes, and time profiles.
• Drive S&OP process design workshops and facilitate planning alignment across business functions.
• Develop executive dashboards, planning reports, and scenario simulations.
• Coordinate SAP IBP integration with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and other enterprise systems.
• Validate data flows, master data consistency, planning logic, and forecasting accuracy.
• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot planning and integration issues and implement process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership to business and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and planning process optimization.

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). Required Skills:

• Strong expertise in SAP IBP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning & S&OP)
• Hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration, Planning Areas, Key Figures & Planning Levels
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP ecosystems
• Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and planning analytics
• Excellent Stakeholder Management, Business Process Consulting, and Solution Design skills

Desired Skills:

• Experience with CPI-DS, SDI, RTI or other SAP integration tools
• Knowledge of Executive Dashboarding, Scenario Planning, and Supply Chain Analytics
• Experience in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare Support
• Exposure to Process Automation and Planning Performance Optimization
• Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and team mentoring skills
• Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs and Agile environments
