Job summary

Sonata Software is seeking an SAP IBP consultant with strong knowledge in demand and supply planning to lead end-to-end IBP/S&OP initiatives. You will design planning models, configure planning areas, and work with ERP/S4 integrations to ensure alignment between demand and supply.

The ideal candidate has 8–10 years of experience, excellent stakeholder engagement, and hands-on experience with SAP HANA and SAP Analytics Cloud, delivering dashboards and optimization opportunities.

Lead design, implementation, and optimization of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) S&OP solutions to improve demand-supply alignment, executive decision-making, and cross-functional planning processes.

Key Responsibilities

1. Solution Design & Implementation

• Lead end-to-end implementation of IBP S&OP modules.
• Design planning models, key figures, planning levels, and attributes.
• Configure time profiles, master data, and planning areas.
• Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.

2. Business Process Expertise

• Drive S&OP process design workshops with stakeholders.
• Align demand, supply, inventory, and financial plans.
• Define KPIs for executive reviews and scenario simulations.

3. Integration & Data
