Job summary

UST in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced SAP IBP Lead Consultant to drive end-to-end SAP IBP implementations, focusing on Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP. You will guide design, configuration, and optimization while coordinating integrations with SAP S/4HANA and other systems.

You will mentor junior consultants, lead workshops, and deliver dashboards and scenario simulations to optimize planning processes and improve forecasting accuracy.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in SAP IBP (Demand Planning, Supply Planning & S&OP)
• Hands-on experience in SAP IBP configuration, Planning Areas, Key Figures & Planning Levels
• Solid understanding of Supply Chain Management, Demand Forecasting & Inventory Optimization
• Experience integrating SAP IBP with SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and related SAP ecosystems
• Proficiency in SAP HANA, SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC), and planning analytics
• Excellent Stakeholder Management, Business Process Consulting, and Solution Design skills

• Lead SIT, UAT, deployment, hypercare, and post-go-live support activities.
• Troubleshoot planning and integration issues and implement process improvements.
• Mentor junior consultants and provide functional leadership to business and project teams.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, automation, and planning process optimization.

Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP IBP Lead Consultant with strong expertise in SAP IBP Demand Planning, Supply Planning, and S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning). The ideal candidate will lead the design, implementation, optimization, and support of SAP IBP solutions while collaborating with business stakeholders to drive demand‑supply alignment, planning excellence, and supply chain transformation initiatives.

• Experience in SIT, UAT, Go-Live, and Hypercare Support
• Exposure to Process Automation and Planning Performance Optimization
• Strong workshop facilitation, communication, and team mentoring skills
• Experience working in global supply chain transformation programs and Agile environments

Qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 5-8 years of experience in Full Stack Software Development.
• Minimum 2 years of experience leading development teams or owning technical deliverables.
• Strong understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP), Design Patterns, and Software Engineering Principles.
• Experience working in Agile development environments.
