Job summary

Biocon Biologics seeks an experienced SAP IBP lead to drive the implementation of Demand, Supply, Inventory, and Response modules. You will design planning processes, translate business needs into IBP configurations, and build time-series and scenario planning models.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, align IBP with the ECC/S/4HANA migration roadmap, and ensure seamless data integration and forecasting improvements across the supply chain.

Qualifications

• 6-8 years experience with SAP IBP and planning processes.
• Deep knowledge of IBP modules: Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, S&OP.
• Experience integrating IBP with S/4HANA and external data sources.
• Familiarity with CPI-DS, HCI-DS, and Excel planning templates.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Job description

• Lead the implementation of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, S&OP).
• Next 2 years we have a roadmap to optimize S&OP, Supply planning, rolling out S&OP and Supply planning for our another entity and also new implementation for SAP IBP Demand planning and response planning.
• Work closely with Business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design translated into IBP System
• Hands-on experience in configuration, planning operators, and integration with SAP ECC/S4HANA. Currently we are in ECC and we have roadmap to move to S/4 HANA
• Ability to design and implement planning processes, including forecast accuracy improvement and scenario planning.
• Knowledge of SAP CPI/PI for integration and troubleshooting.
• Experience in working with business stakeholders for requirement gathering and solution design.
• Lead the implementation of SAP IBP modules (Demand, Supply, Inventory, Response, S&OP).
• Gather business requirements and translate them into IBP configuration and design.
• Set up time-series and order-based planning models.
