Job summary

Launch It Consulting in Bengaluru seeks an experienced SAP HCM Consultant to join as a hybrid work professional. You will design and support SAP HCM Personnel Administration, manage employee master data, and drive process improvements across related modules.

The role requires 5+ years of SAP HCM PA experience, strong data management skills, and the ability to mentor junior staff and collaborate with stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in SAP HCM Personnel Administration (PA).
• Strong expertise in SAP HCM Personnel Administration, Employee Master Data Management, Organizational Management Integration, Personnel Actions, Infotypes Configuration, HR Process Management, SAP HCM Customization & Configuration, Employee Lifecycle Management.
• Experience in SAP HCM Support and Enhancements, Application Design and Development, Issue Resolution and Root Cause Analysis.

Responsibilities

• SAP HCM Solution Support & Development: Design, build, configure, and support SAP HCM Personnel Administration solutions.
• Functional & Technical Consulting: Act as SME for SAP HCM PA and translate requirements into functional/technical solutions.
• Team Leadership: Guide team members, contribute to project decisions, mentor juniors.
• Integration & Support: Support SAP HCM integrations with Payroll, Organizational Management, Time Management, SAP SuccessFactors, and Third-Party HR Systems; troubleshoot issues and ensure data integrity.

• Manage employee master data and personnel administration processes.
• Configure SAP HCM modules to meet business requirements.
• Support ongoing enhancements and process improvements.

Functional & Technical Consulting

• Act as the SME for SAP HCM Personnel Administration.
• Convert business requirements into functional and technical solutions.
• Recommend process improvements and best practices.
• Participate in architecture and design discussions.

Team Leadership

• Support and guide team members.
