EY is seeking a Senior Manager SAP HCM consultant to lead payroll implementations across global clients. You will drive business blueprints, design to-be solutions, and mentor teams while coordinating with onsite partners. Prior SAP HCM, PA/PM and payroll expertise is essential, with willingness to travel as required.

The role sits in EY Global Delivery Services in Bengaluru, offering a dynamic, inclusive culture and opportunities to work on diverse SAP engagements with international clients.

Competenze

• 13+ years of SAP HCM experience including end-to-end payroll
• Experience with Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration
• Strong knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll
• Exposure to multiple countries payroll configuration (US/UK/Canada/Australia/Dubai/NZ) advantageous

The Opportunity

Senior Manager level consultant in the SAP Technical Consulting team to work on various SAP HCM projects for our customers across the globe.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Need to work as a Leader to contribute in SAP HCM Payroll implementation project.
• Lead teams in the business transformation / managed services track of SAP engagements
• Conduct Business Blueprint requirement gathering workshops to gather business requirements and finalize to-be design
• Deliver Business Blueprint, configuration, functional specifications, unit test scripts, integration test scripts as per business requirements
• Designing and optimizing SAP solutions to meet business requirements.
• Ensuring alignment with industry best practices and SAP guidelines.
• Interacting with SAP vendors, negotiating contracts, and evaluating new products.
• Staying informed about SAP updates and innovations.
• Interface and communicate with the onsite coordinators
• Mentor the project team in executing the identified projects
• Regular status reporting to the onsite coordinators
• Interface with the customer representatives as and when needed
• Willing to travel to the customers locations on need basis

Skills and attributes for success

• Over 13+ years of SAP HCM experience including implementations in end-to-end payroll process.
• Must have worked on Wage type, Schema and PCR configuration
• Good knowledge of PA/PM, time integration with payroll.
• Configure tax related requirements for ANY of the countries including US, UK, Canada, Australia, Dubai and NZ.
• BE/BTech/MCA with a sound industry experience of 13+ years
• Should have strong process experience in SAP HCM
• SuccessFactors experience will be an added advantage
• Should have understanding and experience of integration best practices.
• Excellent business communication skills
• Excellent leadership skills
