Handle employee data migration, interface development, mapping design, integration logic, and Employee Central implementation activities. Support HR stakeholders in designing scalable HR processes and configure Employee Central modules including workflows, business rules, MDF objects, position management, and payroll integrations.

Requirements

Experience in SAP HCM and SuccessFactors integration projects. Strong knowledge of Employee Central, SAP BIB, SAP HR processes, payroll integrations, HR transformation initiatives, ABAP coordination, and end-to-end SuccessFactors implementation lifecycle.
