Job summary

Tekskills Inc. is seeking a Lead/Manager – SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure for Bengaluru on-site. The role requires 6+ years in SAP S/4HANA with deep experience in PP, MM, QM, SD, FI and CO, plus strong cross‑module integration and IT infrastructure management.

You will coordinate SAP Basis and ABAP teams and drive digital transformation in a manufacturing setting. Ideal candidates hold BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent; SAP Certification is a plus.

Qualifications

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead / Manager – SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure with strong experience in the Manufacturing / Production industry.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP PP, MM, QM, SD, FI & CO
• Strong knowledge of cross-module integration
• SAP authorization, T-code access and SoD
• SAP troubleshooting, enhancements, migrations and upgrades
• Coordination with SAP Basis and ABAP teams
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, BOM, inventory and quality workflows
• IT Infrastructure, Server and Cloud Management
• Backup, Disaster Recovery and Cybersecurity
• Endpoint management, Antivirus and Firewall administration
• Digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial domain experience preferred

Qualification
