Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru invites an experienced Lead/Manager for SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure. The role requires strong hands-on SAP S/4HANA and deep knowledge of PP/MM/QM/SD/FI/CO, with IT infrastructure, cloud management and security focus.

The candidate should have 6+ years in Manufacturing/Production, and possess a BE/B.Tech/MCA/MBA or equivalent, SAP Certification is a plus. This is an on-site, full-time position with opportunities to lead digital transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA & IT infrastructure initiatives across business units.

• Coordinate with SAP Basis and ABAP teams for stable operations.
• Oversee IT infrastructure, server and cloud management, backup and DR, cybersecurity.
• Drive digital transformation and automation in manufacturing processes.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead / Manager – SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure with strong experience in the Manufacturing / Production industry.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP PP, MM, QM, SD, FI & CO
• Strong knowledge of cross-module integration
• SAP authorization, T-code access and SoD
• SAP troubleshooting, enhancements, migrations and upgrades
• Coordination with SAP Basis and ABAP teams
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, BOM, inventory and quality workflows
• IT Infrastructure, Server and Cloud Management
• Backup, Disaster Recovery and Cybersecurity
• Endpoint management, Antivirus and Firewall administration
• Digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial domain experience preferred
