Job summary

Tekskills Inc. Bengaluru is seeking an experienced Lead/Manager – SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure to drive SAP S/4HANA implementations and IT infra programs in a manufacturing setting.

Requires 6+ years of hands-on SAP S/4HANA experience, strong cross-module skills (PP, MM, QM, SD, FI, CO), security and SoD proficiency, and coordination with BASIS/ABAP teams. On-site role focusing on manufacturing operations and digital transformation.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA and cross-module integration.
• Expertise in SAP PP, MM, QM, SD, FI & CO modules.
• Knowledge of SAP authorization, SoD and T-code access.
• Experience with troubleshooting, migrations and upgrades.
• Coordination with SAP Basis and ABAP teams.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, BOM, inventory and quality workflows.
• IT Infrastructure, Server and Cloud Management background.
• Backup, Disaster Recovery and Cybersecurity exposure.
• Endpoint management, Antivirus and Firewall administration.
• Digital transformation and automation initiatives.
• Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial domain experience preferred.
