Job summary

Tekskills Inc. in Bengaluru seeks a Lead/Manager SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure with 6+ years experience in manufacturing. You will lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, oversee cross-module integration, and coordinate with SAP Basis and ABAP teams.

The role covers IT infrastructure, server and cloud management, backup, DR, cybersecurity and automation initiatives on shop-floor processes. On-site position requiring strong leadership and delivery of end-to-end digital transformation.

Qualifications

• B.E / B.Tech / MCA / MBA or equivalent technical qualification.
• SAP Certification is an added advantage.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation and IT infra management in manufacturing.
• Coordinate with SAP Basis and ABAP teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Oversee cross-module integration (PP, MM, QM, SD, FI, CO) and security.
• Manage IT infrastructure, servers, cloud, backup, DR, and cybersecurity.

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Lead / Manager – SAP S/4HANA & IT Infrastructure with strong experience in the Manufacturing / Production industry.

Key Skills & Requirements

• Strong hands-on experience in SAP S/4HANA
• Experience in SAP PP, MM, QM, SD, FI & CO
• Strong knowledge of cross-module integration
• SAP authorization, T-code access and SoD
• SAP troubleshooting, enhancements, migrations and upgrades
• Coordination with SAP Basis and ABAP teams
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, shop-floor operations, BOM, inventory and quality workflows
• IT Infrastructure, Server and Cloud Management
• Backup, Disaster Recovery and Cybersecurity
• Endpoint management, Antivirus and Firewall administration
• Digital transformation and automation initiatives
• Manufacturing / Engineering / Industrial domain experience preferred
