Job summary

ContactX Resource Management Pvt Ltd invites an experienced SAP GRC PC consultant to lead process control implementations in Bengaluru. You will design CCM rules, integrate data sources, and drive continuous monitoring across business and IT processes.

The role requires hands-on configuration, testing, and liaison with internal audit, risk and IT teams to strengthen governance, risk and compliance across SAP environments including S/4HANA, ECC and related systems.

Qualifications

• Hands-on SAP GRC Process Control implementation and support.
• Experience leading workshops, requirements, design discussions, testing, and go-live support.
• Ability to work with audit, risk and IT teams to design governance solutions.
• Knowledge of ITGC, ITAC, and SOX compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP GRC Process Control implementation, rollout, and enhancement projects.
• Design, build, and maintain CCM business rules, data sources, and monitoring scenarios across business and IT processes.
• Configure and support assessment workflows, surveys, policy management, certifications, and sign-off processes.
• Configure and manage manual control performance, automated controls, semi-automated controls, and Test of Effectiveness (ToE) activities.
• Configure and maintain Process Control master data, including mass uploads through MDUG, organizational structures, risks, controls, and related master data objects.
• Configure workflows, notifications, reminders, escalations, and reporting capabilities within SAP GRC Process Control.
• Design test plans, perform functional testing, and support UAT activities.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, audit teams, risk teams, and control owners to define and optimize compliance processes.
• Define control objectives, control descriptions, test procedures, compliance documentation, and monitoring methodologies.
• Analyse compliance gaps, identify improvement opportunities, and recommend process and control enhancements.
• Support internal and external audit requests, regulatory compliance initiatives, and evidence collection activities.
• Prepare functional specifications and work closely with technical teams on custom developments and enhancements.
• Provide production support, issue resolution, troubleshooting, and end-user training.
• Support integrations between SAP GRC Process Control and SAP GRC Access Control, SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, SAP BW, and other connected applications.

Experience

• At least 3-5 years of hands‑on expertise in SAP GRC Process Control.
• Proven experience leading business workshops, requirement-gathering sessions, solution design discussions, system configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support activities.
• Demonstrated ability to work with business stakeholders, Internal Audit, Compliance, Risk Management, and IT teams to design and implement effective governance, risk, and compliance solutions.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• SAP GRC certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, SAP Identity Access Governance (IAG), and cloud-based GRC solutions is an advantage.
