Job summary

Shell Infotech in Bangalore seeks an experienced SAP GRC professional to lead Process Control implementations and risk assessments, guiding client teams through CCM and RACM to technical mappings.

You will mentor project staff, prepare execution plans, demonstrate controls to auditors, and ensure alignment of business processes with SAP GRC PC configurations.

Qualifications

• Any bachelor’s degree with minimum of 10+ years’ experience in SAP GRC Process Control.
• Proven experience in SAP GRC Process Control implementations and support.

Responsibilities

• Managing SAP Security/GRC AC, PC related projects and stakeholders.
• Ownership and management of project deliverables in SAP security/GRC.
• Mentoring team members and guiding in addressing critical issues.
• Providing business solutions and process improvisation.
• Provide Level three support for SAP security/GRC.
• Managing incidents and service requests in a ticketing tool.

Qualifications

Any bachelor’s degree, with minimum of 10+ years’ experience in SAP GRC Process Control

What are we looking for in you

• SAP GRC Process Control with minimum 1 Implementation and 1 Support project experience


• Experience in Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) of GRC PC


• Creation of Organization Structure and hierarchy


• Creation of Regulations and their requirements


• Setting up Business process hierarchy


• Performing Assessment for controls like design, effectiveness and self-assessment


• Creating Data Source & Business Rules along with BRF+ logics and mapping them to the relevant controls


• Customization of Agent Rule Determinations, Background jobs and Workflows activation


• Experience in Sub scenarios like Config, ABAP Reports, SAP Query, SOD Integration etc..


• Experience in converting the RACM into Technical GRC PC Control Matrix


• Good understanding of the overall business flow and Business process cycles and should be able to handle the walkthrough of Controls to arrive at the technical feasibility of GRC Process Control


• Should be able to prepare the project execution plan based on the Control scoping


• Should be able to demonstration all the Controls implemented to Auditors before the audit program execution


• Good knowledge in changing the PC Master data based in the business requirement


• Should be able to support the business users in Remediation process and clear all the technical issues


• Should be able to manage the audit program by clearing all the queries raised by the internal & external audit team
