Job summary

Infosys BPM in Mysuru seeks a SAP GRC Process Control Specialist with 3+ years of experience to drive implementation and support of GRC PC processes. You will manage client stakeholders, lead a project team, and deliver controls design, assessment, and remediation initiatives.

You will coordinate data sources, BRF+ rules, and mappings to controls, while handling audit readiness and workflow configurations. This role is office-based in Mysuru with a 30-day notice period expectation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of experience in SAP GRC Process Control and at least 1 implementation and 1 support project.
• Experience in Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) of GRC PC.
• Ability to create Organization Structure and hierarchy.
• Create Regulations and their requirements as per business needs.
• Set up Business process hierarchy.
• Perform control design, effectiveness, and self-assessment assessments.
• Create Data Source & BRF+ rules and map to controls.
• Customize Agent Rule Determinations, Background jobs and Workflows; experience in sub-scenarios like Config, ABAP Reports, SAP Query, SOD Integration.
• Convert RACM into Technical GRC PC Control Matrix.
• Understand business flows and walkthrough controls for technical feasibility of GRC PC process control.

Responsibilities

• Manage the client and stakeholders for SAP Security/GRC AC, PC projects.
• Lead and manage the team to deliver SAP security/GRC outcomes.
• Mentor team members and guide on critical issues.
• Provide business solutions and process improvements.
• Provide Level-3 support for SAP security/GRC.
• Oversee incidents and service requests in ticketing system.

1. SAP GRC Process Control with minimum 1 Implementation and 1 Support project experience
2. Experience in Continuous Control Monitoring (CCM) of GRC PC
3. Creation of Organization Structure and hierarchy
4. Creation of Regulations and their requirements
5. Setting up Business process hierarchy
6. Performing Assessment for controls like design, effectiveness and self-assessment
7. Creating Data Source & Business Rules along with BRF+ logics and mapping them to the relevant controls
8. Customization of Agent Rule Determinations, Background jobs and Workflows activationExperience in Sub scenarios like Config, ABAP Reports, SAP Query, SOD Integration etc..
9. Experience in converting the RACM into Technical GRC PC Control Matrix
10. Good understanding of the overall business flow and Business process cycles and should be able to handle the walkthrough of Controls to arrive at the technical feasibility of GRC Process Control
11. Should be able to prepare the project execution plan based on the Control scoping
12. Should be able to demonstration all the Controls implemented to Auditors before the audit program execution
13. Good knowledge in changing the PC Master data based in the business requirement
14. Should be able to support the business users in Remediation process and clear all the technical issues
15. Should be able to manage the audit program by clearing all the queries raised by the internal & external audit team

Responsibilities
