Responsibilities include resolving tickets, providing user support, and executing system enhancements. The position requires strong analytical and communication skills, with an emphasis on ensuring compliance in the Meter-to-Cash cycle.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Utilities Billing and Invoicing.
• Adept in designing, configuring, and deploying systems as per customer billing requirements.
• Experience in S/4 HANA is an added advantage.

5D Solutions is seeking an SAP for Utilities Billing Application Developer with proven expertise in designing, building, and configuring SAP applications to meet business process and application requirements. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of SAP-Utilities modules and hands-on experience in implementing and supporting Billing and Invoicing processes.

Responsibilities

• Resolve tickets based on the agreed TAT (Turnaround Time) as per contract.
• Provide day-to-day user support and resolve operational issues.
• Perform functional configuration and deliver solutions for business requirements.
• Execute system enhancements and implement necessary changes.
• Support SAP Utilities technical modules including Device Management, FICA, and Billing & Invoicing.
• Work on SPRO configuration related to Billing and Invoicing.
• Collaborate on all stages of an SAP implementation project, including integration with third-party systems and MM/SD modules.
• Ensure compliance and efficiency in the Meter-to-Cash cycle, billing exceptions, reversals, joint invoicing, and bill printing.

Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience in SAP Utilities Billing and Invoicing.
• Adept in designing, configuring, and deploying systems as per customer billing requirements.
• Strong expertise in Billing & Invoicing processes including advanced functions such as Real-Time Pricing and Budget Billing.
