Intellics Global Services is seeking a senior SAP ISU Billing Consultant/Lead with extensive expertise in utilities billing and invoicing. You will design, configure, enhance, test, and support SAP IS-U Billing, invoicing, pricing, rates, and meter-to-cash processes across diverse scenarios.

You will mentor junior consultants, coordinate across teams, and drive functional guidance to stakeholders and project leadership, ensuring seamless end-to-end billing solutions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing solution design, configuration, enhancements, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to billing, invoicing, rate design, tariffs, pricing, customer billing, and exception handling.
• Configure and support billing master data, rate categories, billing schemas, rate determination, operands, facts, rate steps, variants, tariffs, pricing structures, billing cycles, and invoice processing.
• Design and implement complex billing scenarios including mass billing, billing simulations, reversals, adjustments, rebill, budget billing, time-of-use billing, and exception handling where applicable.
• Ensure integration with Meter Reading, Device Management, FI-CA, Customer Service, CRM, SD, and technical interfaces supporting the end-to-end meter-to-cash process.
• Prepare functional specifications for WRICEF objects including billing forms, print layouts, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and reports.
• Support SIT, UAT, regression testing, test data preparation, defect resolution, business sign-off, and post-go-live stabilization.
• Collaborate with ABAP, integration, data migration, testing, and change management teams to deliver high-quality billing solutions.
• Support data migration and cutover activities for billing master data, rate structures, installation facts, and customer accounts.
• Mentor junior consultants, coordinate across teams, and provide senior-level functional guidance to business stakeholders and project leadership.

Role Summary

We are looking for a senior SAP ISU Billing Consultant / Lead with strong utilities billing and invoicing expertise. The role will lead billing solution design, configuration, enhancements, testing, issue resolution, and business support across SAP IS-U billing, invoicing, pricing, rates, and meter-to-cash processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing solution design, configuration, enhancements, testing, deployment, and support activities.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to billing, invoicing, rate design, tariffs, pricing, customer billing, and exception handling.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on expertise in SAP ISU Billing and Invoicing configuration.
• Deep understanding of billing schema, rate configuration, rate categories, operands, facts, variants, pricing, tariffs, billing cycles, and invoice processing.
• Good knowledge of meter-to-cash lifecycle and integrations with Meter Reading, Device Management, FI-CA, Customer Service, CRM, and SD.
• Experience in complex billing scenarios, mass billing, billing simulations, bill corrections, reversals, rebilling, invoice print, and exception handling.
• Ability to prepare functional specifications and work closely with ABAP and integration teams.
• Experience with testing lifecycle, defect resolution, cutover activities, and post-go-live support.
• Understanding of utility industry processes and regulatory or market-specific billing requirements.
• Strong communication, consulting, stakeholder management, and leadership skills.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Skills

• Experience in UK utilities, water, electricity, or gas domain.
• Exposure to SAP EDM, AMI/smart metering, RTP, TOU billing, integration platforms, or SAP S/4HANA Utilities.
• SAP ISU Billing / Utilities certification or equivalent SAP certifications.
• Experience in Agile delivery, SAP Activate methodology, and use of Azure DevOps or JIRA.
