Experience & Skills

Responsibilities

• Configure FI sub‑modules: General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting, and Bank Accounting, Treasury Management, Taxation.
• Exposure to CO sub‑modules: Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis.
• Cross‑module integration with MM, SD, PS, PP, PM.
• Collaborate with business users to ensure process automation and data consistency.
• Provide L2/L3 support for SAP FI and CO modules.
• Handle production issues via ticketing tools, incident resolution, problem management, and requests within SLAs.
• Process IDOC/XML monitoring and first‑level analysis.
• Root cause analysis and permanent fixes for recurring issues.
• Apply configuration changes based on business requirements.
• Support month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Document recurrent issues.
• Coordinate with ABAP, MM, SD, other functional and supply‑chain teams for issue resolution.
• Support UAT, regression issue replication, and testing.
• Interact with business users to understand issues and provide solutions.
• Understand real‑time business finance processes.
• Analyze SAP tables and error messages.
• Work in French shift.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously.
