Job summary

Colruyt Group India in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Solution Analyst for SAP Finance. The role focuses on supporting SAP solutions, translating business requirements into SAP configurations, executing configurations, and documenting system setups.

You will participate in end-to-end SAP projects, including S/4HANA migrations, global roll-outs, and IFRS/local GAAP considerations, with a strong emphasis on collaboration and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience delivering end-to-end SAP Finance implementations and global roll-outs.
• Experience with S/4HANA migrations and FI integration with MM/Banking/Tax systems.
• Knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR and IFRS/Local GAAP.
• Strong analytical and interpersonal skills; proactive and collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Analyze functional requirements and write specifications for SAP configurations.
• Translate requirements into configuration for SAP.
• Execute and test configuration in SAP and document system setup.
• Support in UAT, go-live, and post go-live phases.
• Handle daily checks, queues, IDocs, and standard service requests.
• Identify root causes and define AS-IS vs TO-BE gaps; propose TO-BE solutions.
• Participate in on-call/support rotation.

• As a solution analyst in service center SAP, you cooperate in differentchange requests, upon request of the partner or as part of our own SAP roadmap.Above all, you take care of the support of the SAP-solutions.

Your main responsibilities are:

• Analyze functionalrequirements and write functional specifications
• Translate functionalrequirements into functional requirements for SAP configuration
• Execute and testconfiguration in SAP
• Documentation of thesystem set-up
• Support in definitionand description of scenarios for system- and system-integration testing
• Support of key-usersin UAT
• Support key- and endusers after go-live and operational run.
• Execute daily checksand monitoring (queues, idocs, …)
• Execute standardservice requests, e.g. setting up new company, financial statement version, bankinformation, …)
• Analyze root cause ofthe reported issues to come to a solution. This can be short term solution(workaround) as well as a sustainable long-term solution
• Define fit/gap betweenASIS and requirements
• Propose the TO-BEsolutions and impact
• You will also be part of an on call/support rotation system

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience delivering end-to-end SAP Finance implementations, S/4HANA migrations, and global roll-outs,supporting SAP solutions by preference in FICO, integrationwith MM (invoice verification), BPC
• Working knowledge of General Ledger, AP, AR
• S/4HANA System Conversion, Greenfield & Brownfield Implementations
• FI Integration: MM, SD, Banking Interfaces, Treasury
• Financial Closing, Parallel Accounting, IFRS & Local GAAP
• Global Roll outs, Localization, Tax & Statutory Compliance
• Successfully completed a bachelor'sor master's studies in IT or Finance.
