Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead with 8‑10+ years of extensive experience in SAP Finance and Controlling modules. The ideal candidate will have successfully led at least three full‑cycle S/4 HANA implementations and possess a deep understanding of financial processes, reporting, and integration with other SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage SAP FICO module implementations, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, and testing.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand financial processes, business requirements, and deliver innovative SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO) to meet business needs.
• Ensure seamless integration of FICO with other SAP modules like MM, SD, and PP.
• Develop and implement financial reporting structures, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss statements, and Cash Flow reports.
• Lead data migration activities related to financial master data and transactional data.
• Conduct functional testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and prepare documentation for FICO processes.
• Provide user training, knowledge transfer, and post‑implementation support.
• Monitor project timelines, deliverables, and budgets while ensuring quality.
• Ensure compliance with local and global financial regulations and internal audit requirements.
