RandomTrees LLC seeks an experienced Business Analyst - Finance to support a large-scale Financial Shared Services (FSS) transformation program. You will collaborate with global Finance and Tax stakeholders to define requirements and design future-state processes.

The role requires 7+ years of direct BA experience, leading requirements workshops, documenting current and future state processes, engaging with stakeholders, and delivering compelling presentations to leadership.

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst - Finance to support a large-scale Financial Shared Services (FSS) transformation program.

Required Skills

• The person will work closely with global Finance and Tax stakeholders, so strong expertise in gathering and defining requirements, and in leading projects, is important.
• Candidates should have 7+ years of direct experience acting as a Business Analyst and should be able to walk through specific examples, how they led projects, ran requirements workshops, documented current state and future state processes, engaged with stakeholders, and delivered presentations to stakeholders.
