• Expertise in design, implementation, or consulting for the FICO domain on ECC. SAP FICO certification is a plus.
• At least 3 end-to-end implementations in SAP FICO Module (ECC), preferably in Manufacturing and Retail industries.
• Specialized in design and configuration of SAP FICO module.
• MUST: Extensive experience in configuring and implementing Material Ledger functionality.
• MUST: Ensure integration with Inventory Management for tracking material movements.
• MUST: Verify reconciliation of material stock accounts with general ledger accounts in multiple currencies for accurate material evaluation.
• MUST: Experience leading Business Process Workshops, identifying gaps, and proposing solutions.
• MUST: Engage with business stakeholders to gather requirements and articulate solutions.
• MUST: Ability to prepare and write detailed functional specifications for business requirements.
• MUST: Autonomous, capable of challenging the business, and orienting solutions without extensive customizations.
• Quick learner with good understanding of the Core Model for deployment with minimal gaps.
• Experience in process optimization, data migration, and system performance enhancement.
• Good knowledge of integration with additional SAP core modules like SD, PP, MM, etc.
• Lead full lifecycle end-to-end implementations for EU clients.
• Coordinate with contributors on non-SAP satellite applications and lead integration efforts.
• Conduct end-user training sessions for effective SAP FICO utilization.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with internal and external stakeholders.
• Work style: customer-oriented, target-driven, challenging the status quo, collaborative, analytical, structured, strategic.
• Professional graduation required.
• Willing to travel occasionally to client locations during key project phases.
